As a Social Media Marketing Intern at Juthera Green Pvt Ltd., you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital marketing efforts and engage with our diverse audience across various social media platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in crafting compelling content, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive our brand's online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and informative content for our social media channels, showcasing our electric two-wheelers, agricultural motor sprayer pumps, automotive batteries, and related products.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor social media platforms, interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful connections with our online community.
- **Campaign Management**: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media marketing campaigns to promote product launches, special offers, and brand initiatives.
- **Analytics and Insights**: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- **Trend Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media technologies to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing our social media strategy.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives, brainstorm ideas, and contribute to cross-functional projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and marketing ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Service) preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
