Position : Social Media Marketing Intern

**JOB ROLE**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in developing engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) including posts, images, videos, and stories.
- **Social Media Management**: Help schedule and manage posts across different platforms using social media management tools.
- **Research**: Research current trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform content strategy and campaign planning.
- **Analytics**: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics. Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for improvement.
- **Community Engagement**: Assist in engaging with our online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- **Campaign Support**: Supports the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including promotional events, product launches, and contests.
- **Creative Brainstorming**: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and strategies for social media growth and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate creative and original content ideas that align with our brand voice and objectives.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics. Experience with analytics tools is a plus.
- **Team Player**: Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
