**Responsibilities**:
**1.Student Counseling**

Assist students in identifying their academic strengths and weaknesses.

Provide advice on selecting courses, majors, and programs based on the student's interests and career goals.

Guide students through academic and personal challenges that may affect their performance.

**2. Career Guidance**

Help students explore career opportunities related to their field of study.

Offer advice on internships, certifications, and other career-enhancing experiences.

Assist in developing plans for graduate school or entering the job market.

**3. Academic Planning**

Create personalized academic plans for students, considering course prerequisites, academic performance, and graduation requirements.

Monitor students' progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure academic success.

**4. Support Services**

Connect students with academic resources, such as tutoring, study groups, and workshops.

Refer students to mental health services or other support networks if needed.

**5. Admissions Assistance**

Help students understand financial aid options and scholarship opportunities.

**6. Maintain Records**

Keep accurate records of student interactions, progress, and counseling sessions.

Monitor and update student data as they progress through their programs.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through -conversations
- Understanding of Visa and Immigration Processes
- Proven expertise in leads into a sale
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a must-have.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.

Graduation in any specialization is must
