
Motor Insurance Agent

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients’ insurance needs.
- **Insurance Solutions**:
- Recommend appropriate insurance policies, including life, health, property, auto, and other coverage types.
- Customize insurance plans to meet individual or business requirements.
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Proactively seek new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- **Policy Management**:
- Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and claims processing.
- Provide clear and accurate information about policy terms and coverage.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:
- Ensure all sales and service processes comply with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- **Market Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid insurance agent license (as per local regulations).
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
