**Legal Intern - Job Responsibilities**
- **Legal Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth research on statutes, case laws, and legal precedents.
- Summarize judgments and prepare research notes for ongoing matters.
- Assist in drafting legal opinions and internal memos.
- **Drafting & Documentation**:

- Review and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in filing and formatting documents for court or departmental submission.
- **Case Management**:

- Maintain case files and documentation in an organized manner.
- Help prepare briefs and case summaries for court hearings.
- Track case progress, hearing dates, and coordinate with clients or advocates.
- **Court Assistance**:

- Attend court proceedings, arbitration, or tribunal hearings when required.
- Take notes of proceedings and prepare reports for the legal team.
- Coordinate with court clerks and filing sections for document submission.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Assist in client meetings by preparing background summaries or notes.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- **Compliance & Administrative Support**:

- Support the team in preparing compliance reports and regulatory filings.
- Help maintain internal legal databases and digital records.
- Perform clerical or administrative tasks related to the legal department’s functioning.
- **Learning & Development**:

- Stay updated with new laws, judgments, and legal reforms.
- Participate in discussions, case reviews, and knowledge sessions.
- Receive mentorship and feedback from senior legal professionals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
