Cygnus Legal specializes in providing strategic counsel for corporate matters, financial transactions, dispute resolution, real estate transactions, external general counsel support and employment issues.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Mumbai. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing and executing a range of legal tasks, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing strategic legal counsel, handling negotiations, and representing clients in various legal matters.
