The PGT - Business Studies & Accountancy Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in both Business Studies and Accountancy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lesson Planning & Delivery**:

- Prepare and deliver clear, engaging, and effective lessons in Business Studies and Accountancy in line with the CBSE curriculum.
- Ensure that lessons are well-structured and cater to different learning styles.
- Create resources, activities, and assessments that enhance student understanding.
- Use technology to enhance learning where appropriate (e.g., presentations, online resources, etc.).

**Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Develop, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams to assess students’ understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and improvement.
- Keep accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Prepare students for external assessments and examinations.

**Student Support**:

- Offer academic guidance and support to students to help them achieve their full potential.
- Monitor and address individual student progress and identify students who may need additional support.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student performance.

**Classroom Management**:

- Establish a positive learning environment by promoting good behavior and student discipline.
- Manage classroom behavior in a consistent and respectful manner.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods, educational technologies, and industry trends in Business and Accountancy.
- Attend professional development workshops, seminars, and training as required.

**School Responsibilities**:

- Participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events.
- Contribute to the wider school community by engaging in extracurricular activities, clubs, and committees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification in Education (Eg. B.ed., M.ed., M.Phil)
- Proven experience in teaching Business Studies and/or Accountancy at the secondary or tertiary level.
- Strong knowledge of business concepts (e.g., economics, marketing, management) and accounting principles (e.g., financial reporting, bookkeeping, taxation).
- Familiarity with curriculum frameworks and examination standards (e.g., CBSE., GCSE, A-Level, IB, etc.).

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools (e.g., online learning platforms, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Adaptability and creativity in lesson delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹23,058.65 - ₹47,151.40 per month
