Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Employer Engagement:

- Identify and establish partnerships with employers, companies, and organizations to create job placement opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with employers regarding job placements and internships.
- Coordination and Administration:

- Coordinate job fairs, recruitment drives, and other placement events.
- Manage administrative tasks related to job placements, such as scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and tracking placement outcomes.
- Career Counseling:

- Provide information on employment trends, industry requirements, and skill development opportunities.
- Networking and Outreach:

- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and professional associations to expand the network of employers and opportunities.
- Collaborate with faculty members, alumni associations, and other stakeholders to leverage their networks for job placements.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Counseling, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, career counseling, or human resources management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in job placements.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
