**Responsibilities**:

- Manage port operations, including vessel scheduling, cargo loading and unloading, and overseeing the work of stevedores and other staff.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue related to port operations, and work to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to ensure compliance and to improve safety outcomes.
- Manage and supervise personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiar with IMOS, Softmar.
- COC1 Master Mariner
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime or related
