Admission Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Recruitment and Outreach**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and information sessions (in-person and virtual) to highlight the institution’s offerings, campus life, and admission processes.
- Attend college fairs, school visits, and community events to recruit potential applicants.
- **Admission Guidance**:

- **Application Review and Decision-Making**:

- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., financial aid, academics) to finalize admission decisions.
- Maintain detailed records of applicant status and progress using CRM tools or databases.
- **Campus Tours and Events**:

- Organize and lead campus tours, open houses, and orientation events to showcase the institution to prospective students and families.
- Engage with attendees, answer questions, and create a welcoming environment.
- **Collaboration with Departments**:

- Partner with academic departments, student services, and marketing teams to align recruitment efforts with institutional goals.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve recruitment materials and strategies.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Track enrollment metrics and recruitment data to measure success and inform strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on admission statistics, conversion rates, and enrollment trends.
- **Retention Support**:

- Assist with student retention efforts by checking in with enrolled students and offering resources to ensure a successful transition to campus life.
- Address concerns and guide students toward support services as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
