Admission Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Counseling and Guidance**:

- Engage with prospective students and families to provide information about academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, in-person, over the phone, or via virtual meetings.
- **Application Support**:

- **Outreach and Recruitment**:

- Represent the institution at college fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with school counselors, educators, and community organizations to drive enrollment.
- **Admissions Process Management**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews, assessments, or other admission requirements.
- **Communication and Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with prospective students regularly to provide updates, reminders, and encouragement throughout the admissions process.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on applicant trends, enrollment numbers, and key metrics for senior management.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize and participate in open houses, information sessions, and webinars to promote the institution.
- Support campus tours and orientation programs for new students.
- **Compliance and Policy Adherence**:

- Ensure compliance with all admission-related policies, guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in education policies, accreditation standards, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
