**Your Role in Dunzo’s Journey | Associate/ Senior Associate - Storytelling & Communication**

**What you will be doing**:
Your main goal through this role will be to create an active online presence of the Dunzo brand as a place of work and create stories, content and events that instill a sense of belonging and pride toward the brand. You will get to work with cross functional teams across Creative design, Social Media, Internal Communication, Human Resources and Leadership to build out the Dunzo workplace narrative and ideate on different ways to showcase Dunzo as a coveted talent community through digital channels.
- Post content on following channels regularly - Internal slack channels/ Linkedin
- Curate content as per the charted timelines
- Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to get blogs and articles published
- Come up with creative and fun ideas to keep the internal teams and larger online community engaged
- Plan and execute community events like podcasts/ interviews and plan for any external events/ partnerships/features associated with org culture, leadership and employer brand.
- Host community events, podcasts and videos.

**What we are looking for**:

- You love storytelling be it through writing, performing or being a host to a community
- You are a great champion/ ambassador of Dunzo
- Prior Experience in content writing, social media or digital marketing and similar profiles
- Proactive, people’s person and buzzing with creative energy
- Attention to details and organization skills
- Certified Course in psychology / mass communications/ events/ community engagement would be a plus
