Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and event channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand target audience and project goals.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop campaign assets (brochures, mailers, social media creatives, videos, etc.).
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns using performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.).
- Monitor lead generation funnels and support follow-up strategies with CRM teams.
- Liaise with media agencies, vendors, and third-party platforms for ad placements.
- Track competitor campaigns and market trends for insights.
- Assist in planning and organizing property launch events, roadshows, and expos.
- Prepare campaign reports and present findings to stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing/campaign execution (preferably in real estate or a related industry).
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.).
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, CRM tools).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
