**Technical Support Executive Needed**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and manage security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus systems, and data backup strategies.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain system health.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for server configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and deploy new systems or improve existing ones.

Monday to Saturday (9 to 6pm)

Alternative Saturdays Off
