Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **3D Modeling & Visualization**: Create detailed 3D models, textures, and animations based on provided concepts, sketches, blueprints, or specifications.
- **Rendering**: Produce photorealistic or stylized renders of 3D models using rendering software like V-Ray, Arnold, or similar.
- **Conceptual Design**: Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, or other stakeholders to understand the vision and requirements for each project.
- **Presentation**: Create presentations, walkthroughs, or interactive visualizations to showcase 3D designs to clients, stakeholders, or teams.
- **Software Expertise**: Utilize industry-standard 3D design tools such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, and others.
- **Adaptation**: Adjust and modify models or visualizations based on feedback, client needs, and technical specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the final deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and the expectations of the client or project team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other design teams, project managers, and clients to ensure alignment on design concepts and project goals.
- **Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D design trends, technologies, and software updates to enhance skill sets and improve deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Proven Experience**: Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D design, visualization, and modeling work (architecture, product design, entertainment, etc.).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in 3D software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Maya, V-Ray, or similar.
- **Rendering Expertise**: Experience with rendering engines and tools (e.g., V-Ray).
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent eye for detail, texture, and lighting to create realistic and aesthetically pleasing visualizations.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to visualize abstract concepts.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in 3D design, architecture, visual arts, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of architectural design and spatial planning.
- Familiarity with post-production tools like Adobe Photoshop or After Effects.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position with standard office hours.
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
