Sketchup Desginer

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling & Rendering**: Create detailed and accurate 3D models based on design concepts and architectural blueprints using SketchUp.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, designers, and other team members to understand the requirements of each project and ensure designs meet client expectations.
- **Visualization**: Produce high-quality renderings and animations to present designs in a compelling and professional manner.
- **Design Development**: Assist in the development and refinement of design concepts, modifying models based on feedback and project evolution.
- **Documentation**: Prepare accurate drawings, plans, and presentation materials, ensuring that designs are ready for project implementation.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate the flow of information and updates between clients and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Quality Control**: Review models for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to project specifications and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience using SketchUp, 3D modeling software, and design tools in a professional setting.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in SketchUp, LayOut, and V-Ray or similar rendering tools. Experience with additional software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- **Portfolio**: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with 3D modeling, rendering, and design visualization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
