**Job description**:
**Job Title**: Sales and Marketing Executive

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, promoting the company’s products and services, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. The role requires a proactive, result-oriented professional who can manage both client relationships and marketing activities effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through networking and research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market analysis to track trends and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage social media presence and assist with promotional materials and events.
- Meet sales targets and prepare regular performance and market reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales follow-up.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Timing**: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
- **Location**: Jalandhar.
- **Reporting To**: Sales and Marketing Manager

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
