As the Sales and Collection Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing
sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our grinded products line, including turmeric
powder, chili powder, and other spices. You will also oversee the collection process to ensure
excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales and collections.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for

grinded products.
- Identify and target potential customers to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer

satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
- Oversee the collection process, including invoicing, follow-up on overdue accounts, and

resolution of payment disputes.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debts and

improve cash flow.
- Negotiate payment terms and agreements with customers to ensure timely collection of

payments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and collection activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform

sales and collection strategies.
**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a

plus.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a focus

on grinded products or spices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and financial data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
