**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven **Education Sales Executive** to promote our educational programs and drive student enrollment. The role involves identifying potential leads, converting inquiries into admissions, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and help them understand the value of our academic offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through cold calling, online inquiries, referrals, and social media.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or lead tracking tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align messaging and promotions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to improve sales strategy.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Sales, Marketing, or Education preferred).
- 1-4 years of sales experience, preferably in education, EdTech, or B2C segments.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with online learning platforms and academic products.
- Knowledge of regional education trends and student preferences.
- Fluency in English and Tamil.
- Strong customer service orientation.

**Compensation**:
Competitive base salary + Performance-based incentives + Growth opportunities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
