Job description
Role & responsibilities:
- Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage and organize paperwork, files, and other relevant documentation.
- Utilize relevant software and tools to streamline processes.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Open to an in-office job.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good knowledge of computer, browsers.
Skills:
- Performing market research.
- Gathering and processing research data.
- Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
- Assisting the Front Office team.
- Assisting with inventory control.
- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
- Assisting and supporting management.
Required:
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software used for data entry, documentation, and communication.
- Assisting with onboarding paperwork, employee records, and other HR-related tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a good personality and positive attitude.
- Strong ability to work as an independent player, demonstrating proactive initiative, resourcefulness, and effective decision-making.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
