**I. Job Summary**

We are looking for a qualified Professional females who have excellent experience of working in Shipping
- Booking lines such as MAERSK SEALAND, HAPPAG LLOYD, MSC, SAFMARINE, SCI, CMT & CMA CGM etc.

**II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Basic understanding of International Export process for Ocean
- Familiar with basic terms, port codes and requirements
- Basic understanding of shipping line online booking tool or 3rd party booking platform.
- Can operate with minimum supervision
- Ability to follow instructions and follow up on assigned tasks
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under a stressful environment
- Proficient in the use of MS office Suite (outlook, Excel)
- Must be proficient in coordinating priorities, following up and meeting deadlines
- 1-5 years of experience with Ocean Freight forwarding/Shipping line customer service department is plus
