Lakme Academy, a renowned name in the beauty and wellness sector, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Counsellor to join our team. As a Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting prospective students to embark on a rewarding career in the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide information and guidance to potential students about Lakme Academy's courses, curriculum, and career opportunities in the beauty and wellness sector.

2. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their career goals, interests, and aspirations.

3. Present detailed information about course features, fees, and available financial assistance options.

4. Assist students in selecting the most suitable program based on their individual needs and preferences.

5. Address queries and concerns promptly, building a strong rapport with students and parents.

6. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students.

7. Keep updated on industry trends, Lakme Academy's offerings, and competitor information.

8. Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to attract potential students.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Empathetic and compassionate approach to guide students effectively.

4. Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.

5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹15,085.76 - ₹30,066.28 per month
