Urgently required _**Accounts Executive**_, must have very well versed with Finance & Accounts.

**Accounts**:

- Data entry of Payments, Credit Sales, Purchases and Journals into Tally
- To make all statutory payments.
- To ensure that TDS is paid on time and providing the monthly e-tds data.
- To handle Petty cash payments & accounting the same in the Tally & reconciling the Cash A/c.
- Issuing of TDS certificates to respective persons as and when required.
- Filing of all transaction vouchers \ bills \ documents properly.
- Knowledge of GST.
- **Payments**:

- To ensure payments of vendors done on regular basis & validate the same in the accounting system as per provision made in budget.
- To ensure payments after verification of certification by Material department for the purchase of items.

**Qualification - B.Com, Tally with ERP, Advance Excel knowledge is must.**

**Location - Madhyamgram & Belgharia**

**Salary - upto 18K CTC**

Experience - minimum 1 years in the same field.
