**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee and manage daily accounting and finance operations including but not limited to Purchase and Sales entries, and general ledger management.
2. Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards and financial regulations, particularly in GST, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax.
3. Manage the preparation and submission of all tax returns and other necessary documentation.
4. Efficiently use Tally for financial reporting and transaction recording.
5. Utilize Google Sheets for data analysis and financial forecasting.
6. Work closely with procurement and sales teams to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to budget.
7. Monitor and manage timelines, ensuring timely acquisition and delivery of products and services.
8. Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
4. Expertise in Tally and proficient use of Google Sheets.
5. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
