KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Involvement in the research phase with keen observation.
- Knowledge about different artwork/image sizes and resolutions.
- Coordinate with external teams to gather artwork requirements and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and creative agencies, managing expectations and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough reviews of artwork submissions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with Netflix brand guidelines.
- Provide feedback and guidance to creative teams to refine and perfect artwork assets.
- Develop and maintain documentation for artwork workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Utilize various design and project management tools to track progress and manage artwork projects.

SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Strong familiarity with different artwork formats, aspect ratios, and industry standards.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
- Demonstrable, working knowledge of multiple tools, and troubleshooting.
- Able to deal with complex concepts.
- Superior ability to interact clearly and logically.
- Must be technically literate and possess a strong understanding of Artworks and Thumbnails.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work with only general supervision.
- Superb organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Flexible working in different work weeks and shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in artwork fulfilment, project management, or a similar role within the creative industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
