**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Sales & Marketing Associate** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound calling campaigns to prospective students and leads interested in studying abroad. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into qualified applicants by providing compelling information about our study abroad programs and building strong relationships with potential students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Address student inquiries and concerns effectively and professionally.
- Schedule appointments for student consultations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, visa regulations, and study abroad opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone sales and customer service experience.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential students.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiencyin using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
