Job Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, leading a team of housekeeping staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance cleaning skills and knowledge.
- Manage attendance, punctuality, and performance evaluations.

2. Housekeeping Operations:

- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Conduct regular inspections and trainings to ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, procedures, and protocols.

3. Recruitment and Training:

- Participate in recruitment and selection of housekeeping staff.
- Train new staff members on cleaning procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

4. Inventory Management:

- Manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.

5. Quality Control:

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience preferably in a hospitality a housekeeping supervisory role.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.

2. Skills:

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.

3. Certifications:

- Hospitality or housekeeping certification preferred.
