**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure all operational tasks are completed on time and to standard, including opening/closing procedures, inventory checks, and staff assignments.
- Prepare and submit shift reports detailing operational issues, sales performance, and staff activities.
- Implement and oversee waste reduction strategies to minimize food and supply wastage.
- Prepare the restaurant for the shift, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and the facility is clean and ready to receive guests.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing service quality, handling complaints promptly, and ensuring all customer needs are met.
- Ensure that all service staff adhere to the restaurant's service standards, providing consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
- Train the staff to enhance the hospitality.
- Daily check whether the staffs are in full uniform.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tirur, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
**Experience**:
- F&B industry: 5 years (preferred)
- Shift Supervsor: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English fluently (preferred)
