You’ll be responsible for onboarding new clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present company services and offerings to prospective sellers and clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable e-commerce solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of proven sales experience (preferably in e-commerce, tech, or services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Energetic, confident, and self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience in onboarding sellers on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Understanding of e-commerce operations and trends.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
