Accounts Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with **bookkeeping** and day-to-day accounting entries
- Prepare and manage **invoices**:
- Follow up with clients for **payment collection**:
- Manage **petty cash** and maintain records
- Support the accounts team in maintaining **financial records**:
- Help in reconciling bank statements and other financial documents
- Assist in coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Handle basic office administrative work related to accounts
**Requirements**:
- Internship experience in accounting or admin role is **mandatory**:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is a plus
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
**Having laptop is mandatory**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
