**Profile: Executive Assistant to CMD (Female)**

**Pay Grade: Negotiable**

**Location: A Block, Sector 63, Noida**

**Timing: Flexible**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager /executive
- Taking action point and writing minutes
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence implementing and maintaining procedures
- Collating and filling expenses
- Answering calls and liaising with clients competently
- Scheduling meetings on behalf of CMD.
- Informing all the directors of sister Companies about any updates as required by CMD
- Drafting mails for different purposes on the spot as ordered by the CMD.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a female graduate. Fresher or experienced both can apply
- Fluent in English and 30 wpm. Typing speed required.
- Excellent communication skills with pleasant personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
