**Job Summary**:
As a Marketing Trainee at Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd., you will assist the marketing team in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns, conducting research, and developing marketing materials. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the Aluminium industry and learn essential skills for career growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
- Help in preparing presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Track and report on the performance of digital marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
