**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Cybersecurity Architect & Operations Lead** to strengthen and safeguard our enterprise-wide security posture. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing advanced cybersecurity solutions, ensuring compliance with global standards, and protecting critical business assets across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Security Strategy & Governance**

Translate regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and business needs into robust security policies and technical controls.

Define and enforce enterprise-wide security standards, ensuring compliance with frameworks like **ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, and FFIEC**.

Lead risk assessments, security reviews, and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective mitigation strategies.

**Architecture & Engineering**

Provide architectural guidance for cross-functional projects, embedding security into system designs and development lifecycles.

Oversee technical safeguards across **servers, databases, networks, and cloud platforms**.

**Operations & Monitoring**

Lead daily security operations, ensuring optimal performance of cybersecurity toolsets such as:
Web & Network Security Monitoring

Endpoint Protection & Threat Detection

Cloud Security Posture Management

Manage detection, prevention, and response activities for threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.

Partner with IT and business teams to implement risk controls and resolve security issues in a timely manner.

**Incident Response & Risk Management**

Act as the escalation point for security incidents, coordinating investigation, containment, and remediation.

Support penetration testing, red/blue team exercises, and incident simulations.

Contribute to cybersecurity risk profiling, regulatory reporting, and interactions with auditors.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).

**8-10 years of experience** in IT/Security, with at least **5 years in Cybersecurity Engineering/Operations**.

Expertise in **risk management, audits, and compliance assessments**.

Deep knowledge of **threat modeling, MITRE ATT&CK, Kill Chain, and common attack techniques**.

Prior experience in **financial services or other regulated industries** is a plus.

Security Tools**:FireEye, CrowdStrike, Defender, Darktrace, Zscaler, Cloudflare, Forcepoint, Sophos, McAfee, PAM solutions**.
