**Role and Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, both online and offline
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in hiring, preferably in Sales, BFSI, Blue Collar, or Manufacturing
Previous experience in a staffing consultancy is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

**Required Skills**:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting software (such as ATS)
Good understanding of recruitment marketing techniques and best practices
Experience with social media and job boards
