Sales & Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Outreach**: Identify and approach colleges, tuition centers, coaching institutes, and student hubs to generate seminar and demo opportunities.
- **Seminar & Demo Coordination**: Plan, schedule, and conduct interactive sessions to promote Arena Park Street’s courses.
- **Follow-ups & Conversions**: Maintain contact with leads generated from seminars and demos, ensuring follow-ups and conversions into enrollments.
- **Field Sales & Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with college administrators, tuition center owners, and student communities.
- **BTL Marketing Activities**: Execute promotional campaigns such as distributing flyers, putting up posters, and organizing small-scale events to increase visibility.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**: Keep track of competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- **Cold Calling & Meeting Prospects**: Reach out to potential students and parents, set up meetings, and present course offerings persuasively.
- **Sales Reporting & Target Achievement**: Maintain sales records, track performance, and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.
- **Social Media & Digital Support**: Assist in on-ground content creation by capturing event highlights and student testimonials for marketing use.
- **Local Networking & Brand Representation**: Attend education fairs, career expos, and student gatherings to promote Arena Park Street.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to organize and execute marketing campaigns.
- Experience in direct sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Willingness to work at all levels, from fieldwork to strategic planning.
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in a similar sales role, especially in the education or training industry.
- Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and promotional activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
