
Hotel Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Maintain up-to-date records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Process payments and issue receipts/invoices.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role (hospitality experience preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, Cloudbeds).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- A friendly, professional appearance and demeanor.
