Job Profile
- Ø Preparing purchase contracts as per orders received from Country Managers/Buyers.

Ø Prepare factory orders on receiving order confirmation from Country Managers/Buyers

Ø Co-ordinate/Follow Up with factory for readiness of goods.

Ø Prepare pre-shipment documents.

Ø Arrange shipments in co-ordination with transporter/Freight Forwarder/Shipping Lines.

Ø Follow up B/L’s with freight Forwarder/Shipping lines on daily basis.

Ø Manage orders, shipments and logistics.

Ø Should have hands on experience of working with ERP software.

Ø He/ She should be well versed in handling self-correspondence.
