1. Teaching and Curriculum Implementation:

- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the curriculum (English, Math, EVS, Storytelling, Rhymes, etc.).
- Introduce foundational concepts like letters, numbers, shapes, and colors through play-based learning.
- Incorporate phonics and vocabulary-building exercises.

2. Classroom Management:

- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Use age-appropriate teaching methods and tools to keep children engaged.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.

3. Activity Planning and Execution:

- Organize creative activities such as arts, crafts, storytelling, and role play to develop motor skills and creativity.
- Conduct group activities to enhance social interaction and teamwork.

4. Assessment and Reporting:

- Observe and evaluate each child’s development and learning progress.
- Maintain records of attendance, progress reports, and performance.
- Provide feedback to parents during parent-teacher meetings.

5. Communication with Parents:

- Share weekly lesson plans, assignments, and updates on student progress.
- Address parent concerns and collaborate with them for the child’s growth.

6. Professional Development:

- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and staff meetings to enhance teaching skills.
- Stay updated on early childhood education practices and methodologies.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Experience in teaching preschool or pre-primary students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Familiarity with activity-based and play-based teaching approaches.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of phonics, storytelling techniques, and child psychology.
- Ability to use technology for interactive teaching.
- Proficiency in preparing engaging and innovative lesson plans.

Work Environment
- Classroom setting with occasional outdoor activities.
- Requires physical stamina to manage young children and activities throughout the day.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
