Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Training and Development**:

- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for Montessori and primary educators.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to teachers to enhance their instructional practices.
- Assess teacher performance and provide constructive feedback to promote professional growth.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with educational teams to create and refine curriculum aligned with Montessori principles and primary education standards.
- Develop instructional materials and resources that support diverse learning styles and needs.
- **Program Evaluation**:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and curricula, using data to inform improvements.
- Conduct classroom observations and offer recommendations for enhancement.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Foster strong relationships with teachers, parents, and the community to promote a supportive learning environment.
- Organize workshops and seminars for parents to understand the Montessori approach and primary education practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and research in Montessori and primary education.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Montessori certification (AMI or AMS) and/or primary education certification.
- Proven experience as a teacher in Montessori and/or primary education settings.
- Previous experience in teacher training or professional development roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate educators and foster a culture of continuous learning.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of child development theories and teaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in curriculum design and assessment strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹10,258.34 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
