**Social Media Coordinator**

Rebin Infotech is a fast-growing IT and digital services company committed to innovation and creativity. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Social Media Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our brand's online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with clients and the Team
- Understand the projects and clients' needs
- Manage and schedule daily posts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in creating engaging content (graphics, captions, reels, and stories)
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments
- Support campaigns and promotions as directed
- Analyse insights and prepare performance reports
- Make a Planner
- Assist in project planning, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project timelines and schedules
- Coordinate with resource managers to allocate and schedule project resources (e.g., developers, testers). Monitor resource utilization and availability.
- Identify project risks and work with the project manager to develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on the status of identified risks.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and client meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and reports.
- Document and manage changes to project scope or requirements.
- Ensure that change requests are properly evaluated and approved.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic understanding of social media trends and tools
- Creative mindset with good communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or any design tool is a plus
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
