**Job Overview**

The RFID Company (TRC) is a Dutch firm specializing in innovative RFID solutions. We are looking for a creative and proactive Executive Marketing Assistant to develop engaging content, manage digital marketing campaigns, and build brand awareness.

You will work independently from our Dehradun IT Park office, collaborating closely with our Netherlands-based team. This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, experiments with new marketing strategies, and drives digital growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation & Branding**
- Create compelling content including newsletters, LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and website copy
- Design engaging visual assets using Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools
- Manage and optimize SEO-driven website content

**Digital Marketing & Lead Generation**
- Implement SEO strategies to boost website traffic and engagement
- Manage search engine ads and performance tracking using Google Analytics, SEMRush, or Ahrefs
- Develop and oversee LinkedIn ad campaigns targeted at EU and US markets

**Marketing Automation & CRM Management**
- Work with Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce CRM for marketing automation and lead tracking
- Use Google Sheets and data analytics for marketing performance analysis
- Develop drip marketing campaigns to nurture leads

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for visual content creation
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
- Proficiency in SEO optimization and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward
