Tele Counselor

**Location**: Ultadanga

**Gender **:Female

**Salary Range**: ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 per month

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a Graduate from a recognized university.
- Fluent in Bengali and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective clients/students over the phone to explain our services/products.
- Understand the needs and concerns of the clients/students and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
- Maintain and update the database of interactions, feedback, and outcomes for each call.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and improve customer service strategies.
- Attend training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen and engage with clients effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Experience**: Experience as a Tele caller in one of the following sectors is preferable:

- Education Sector
- Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) Sector
- Automobile Sector
