We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Associate who brings more to the table than just AI strategy — someone who thrives on speed, change, and results. If you're proactive, resourceful, and ready to challenge the status quo, read on.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Sales oriented marketing and content production across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- You’ll be appointed a platform based on your strength — and you’ll have the freedom to personally work on it and take it to new heights.
- Craft sharp, real, and engaging content that reflects who we are and where we’re going.
- Research trends, analyze competitors, and use insights to stay two steps ahead.
- Brainstorm and roll out brand-forward initiatives, campaigns, and fresh content angles.
- Shoot creative, high-quality content via iPhone.
- Edit content across a wide range of platforms — Canva is the bare minimum. Comfort with Adobe Suite, CapCut, VN, Photoshop, and other editing tools is a strong advantage.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align communication with vision.
- Keep up with what’s working — and cut what’s not. No fluff, just growth.

- Proven track record of success from a marketing agency, with experience in developing and executing social media strategies and content.
- Prior experience in content creation, social media handling, or brand communication is a plus.
- A sense of aesthetics, consistency, and creative quality.
