**Job Title: Web UI Interface Designer**

**Experience Level**: 3-5 years

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **User Journey Mapping**: Develop end-to-end user flows and wireframes based on user needs and business requirements.
- **UI Design & Prototyping**: Design and implement website interfaces, menus, and interactive elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- **Responsive & Accessible Design**: Ensure design solutions are optimized for diverse screen sizes and follow accessibility best practices.
- **Style Guides & Design Systems**: Establish and maintain consistent design standards, visual patterns, and reusable components.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design deliverables.
- **User Testing & Feedback**: Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and iteratively refine designs for maximum usability and performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **3-5 years of experience** in UI design, web design, or a related field.
- **Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** with a deep understanding of responsive web design.
- **Experience with UI/UX tools** such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for creating wireframes and prototypes.
- **Strong visual design skills** with a solid grasp of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.
- **Excellent communication** and presentation skills to effectively share design decisions with stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving Mindset**: Ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with **modern JavaScript frameworks** (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) for building interactive components.
- Knowledge of **version control systems** (e.g., Git) to collaborate on code.
- Experience with **SEO best practices** and **performance optimization**.
- Understanding of **web accessibility standards** (WCAG 2.1).
