UI/UX Designer (1)

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the UX design process, including user research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping,

and usability testing.
- Create intuitive and user-centered interfaces for mobile apps (iOS and Android), web
- Design visually appealing and consistent UI elements, including icons, typography, color

palettes, and imagery.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all

products.
- Design user interfaces for emerging technologies such as chatbots, considering

conversational design principles and user interactions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to

understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Mentor and guide junior designers.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in design solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Experience designing for complex business systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS) is essential.
- Experience designing user interfaces for chatbots or other conversational interfaces.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design

principles.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including mobile, web, and

ideally enterprise systems and chatbot interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with user testing platforms and methodologies.
- Experience with motion design and animation.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
