**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes (pastas, grills, sauces, etc.)
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications as directed by the Head Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in stock rotation and inventory management.
- Learn and grow under senior chefs to develop new culinary skills.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Commi Chef, preferably in continental cuisine.
- Culinary diploma or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.
- Strong hygiene and food safety awareness.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
