Inspecting products for consistency, appearance, and defects, performing basic quality checks throughout the production process.
- **Machine operation**:
Operating and maintaining assigned machinery, including feeding raw materials, adjusting settings, and identifying potential malfunctions.
- **Hygiene and sanitation**:
Maintaining cleanliness in work areas, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, following proper food handling practices to prevent contamination.
- **Record keeping**:
Maintaining accurate production logs, documenting batch information, and recording any quality issues.
- **Safety compliance**:
Adhering to all food safety regulations, wearing appropriate protective gear, and reporting any safety concerns.
- **Teamwork**:
Collaborating with other production workers to maintain production flow, meet daily goals, and support team efficiency.
- **Compliance with HACCP principles**:
Understanding and implementing Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines to ensure food safety.
