We are seeking a highly skilled Production & Dispatch Junior Executive to join our team.

**Job Title**: Production & Dispatch Junior Executive

**Shift**: 12-hour shifts (Day/Night rotation)
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing daily production activities in the flour mill, ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for efficient handling of inventory and stock levels.
- Ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate and timely.
- Maintain quality checks during production and dispatch processes.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the senior management.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily production and dispatch targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in production, dispatch, or logistics (experience in a flour mill or food industry preferred).
- Basic understanding of production processes and supply chain management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in day-night shifts and handle physical demands of the job.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Shift & Working Conditions:

- 12-hour rotational shifts (Day/Night).
- Physically demanding job requiring long hours of standing and coordination with multiple teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
