**Key Responsibilities**:

- Public Relations:

- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company’s reputation.
- Draft press releases, manage media inquiries, and foster relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Monitor media coverage and manage crisis communication effectively.
- Marketing Campaigns:

- Design, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content, including social media posts, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Brand Management:

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all communication channels.
- Organize events, product launches, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting:

- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing PR and marketing outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- 6m+ years of experience in PR or marketing roles.
- Fresheres can also apply.
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in digital marketing and SEO strategies.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with PR databases and media tracking tools.
