
Front Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle basic administrative tasks and documentation
- Maintain customer appointment records and assist with scheduling
- Provide product/service information when needed
- Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth daily operations
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or front-desk software is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
